Brookfield Communities has been successfully building Fox Creek for over 20 years, with more than 1,500 homes built and sold. As they began development of their next 900 acre phase, they asked Sieb to recommend how this #1 selling community in the CA, NV and AZ tri-state area could continue to escalate its success. After a full audit of all initiatives and budgets, our recommendations included opening up new market segments, both geo- and behavioral-targeted, while also upgrading existing successful actions. Recommendations included a new website with new URL, a robust, segmented digital campaign and targeted follow-through which includes Live Chat, new landing pages and new digital channels—techniques never before attempted by this client.

After creating the new site in 2017, Sieb continues to update and upgrade monthly, based on user experience analytics as well as new the requirements of new inventory.
