2023 is Looking Good for Mariposa!

We love a field trip and as we run full-speed into 2023, we are delighted to continue our long-term relationship with Mariposa, in Rio Rancho NM. The community, owned by Harvard Investments, is moments away from launching their newest neighborhood, Seasons at Monarch. This new offering of 170+ homes represents a substantial presence for Richmond American Homes in New Mexico. We will be supporting them with a free music festival as they “grand open” this summer, as well as omni-channel media for pre-sales, refreshing the marketing lobby area, new materials, website presence, new signage and more.
