Sieb was responsible for the April 16-18 Gregg Ranch Grand Opening, in Marble Falls, Texas. Part of Harvard Investments’ portfolio of master planned communities, Gregg Ranch is a fully planned community with “just-right” amenities and Pulte Homes as their first builder. Sieb has been trusted with spearheading and oversight of all branding, marketing and lead generation. Sieb designed this Grand Opening to attract “low in the funnel” prospective home buyers, who reserved every available tour slot each day of the event. Visitors included VIPs, real estate professionals, press and the public. Visitors enjoyed local artisan picnic-style food, live Texas Hill Country music, horseshoes, bocce and more. Precisely managed and right-sized, this three day event was considered a roaring success by the city, developer and builder.

In October 2020, Sieb launched their latest brand work, for Harvard Investments new single family rental communities; FirstStreetTM. These fully planned communities will launch in three states and seven locations throughout the Southwest. The communities fill the niche of those looking for all the benefits of living in a new single-family detache home with none of the obligations that come with home ownership. The communities feature all of the assets of living in a luxury apartment, condo or townhome community including amenities and maintenance, but none of the down-side that come from apartment living.
Sieb was responsible for naming, logo, brand guidelines, brand story, brand launch, PR and more. Not just an exercise in good design, to make sure our arrows were hitting their marks, we accessed research, market tested options, and conducted surveys.
