In 2019, The Hotel Cuisine & Lifestyle (HC&L) initiative celebrates its 10-year program anniversary! Developed by Sieb in partnership with Sysco in 2009, the program provides competitive foodservice product pricing and value-added marketing services to independent and owner-operated franchised hotels and restaurants nationwide. With 300+ active hotel and restaurant members, the program generates $30MM in annual Sysco foodservice volume. Sieb is proud to announce that Sieb-Sysco have recently renewed its business partnership for another five years.

One of our favorite people, our Production Artist Ana Petrovic, treated us to a traditional Serbian breakfast to celebrate the Christmas holidays. Serbians follow the same calendar as Greek Orthodox, so she enjoys an “American” Christmas in December, and two weeks later in January, her traditional Christmas. We had a chance to taste handmade Serbian food and learn a bit more about her culture. So lucky to have her on our team!
