This is the third award this year for the newly refreshed Welcome Center, which serves as the front door of the Estrella master-planned community in Goodyear, AZ.
 
The new Estrella Welcome Center is a collaborative effort led by Claudia Sieb of The Sieb Organization, with support from team members Jennifer Duncan and Robert Sedano, along with the Creative License International team. The Welcome Center now features a reimagined space plan, new technology and displays, updated furniture, murals, art, and more! The exterior has also received a major facelift, with new monumental, on-building, directional, and parking signage.
 
In addition to welcoming new homebuyers, the Estrella Welcome Center offers residents office space, two conference rooms, a great room with a fireplace, restrooms, storage, and Café Bebida.
