GSR engaged Sieb to lead the Phase I business feasibility, development, and start-up of a luxury Italian retail brand called Strati offering curated “Made In Italy” consumer products delivered through both eCommerce and brick and mortar B2C channels. Sieb developed the Strati business model and plan, brand, website and brick and mortar prototypes, as well as the Phase I investor presentation.
