ClubCorp engaged Sieb to advise and consult on their corporate food & beverage positioning and business model. Sieb developed the “Star Experience” corporate foodservice positioning and launched new turnkey restaurant concepts and foodservice programming for their U.S. country club, city club, and athletic club portfolios.

In addition, Sieb actively managed ClubCorp’s foodservice broadline & specialty distribution agreements, sourcing and procurement, and all vendor marketing financing.
