Carlson Rezidor engaged Sieb to provide foodservice sourcing and procurement administration for its 400+ branded U.S. hotels including: Radisson BLU, Radisson, Country Inns & Suites, and Park Inn by Radisson. Sieb negotiated contract pricing, marketing allowances, and rebate agreements, as well as administered reporting, invoicing, and collection of marketing allowances and rebates due to Carlson from manufacturers and vendors.
