Preparations as COVID-19 Restrictions are Lifted

Each of our clients are different, each community needing specific items as travel and interaction restrictions are lifted. We made these (yep, we made them!) masks for our Ambassador Team at Cadence at Gateway’s Visitors Center, so they may begin to welcome new guests on June 1. They are the real deal, nose bridge, lined correctly, etc. Had a few test runs but these should be safe and well-fitted for our valued Ambassadors!

SIEB completes ASU Innovation Zones Website

ASU asked SIEB to create their new Innovation Zones website, touting the opportunities found at their 6 Zones across the valley. This complex project, with a myriad of stakeholders, guidelines, assets and locations required time, patience and creativity. Sort of three websites in one (Novus, SkySong and IZ), we created videos, a Zone Finder, and more. Maybe the best part was the “behind the scenes” tours of the Zones!

Anyone Can be Ordinary

At Cadence, a community in Mesa, we needed signage that let people know the developer’s future plans for certain parcels. Cadence is a gorgeous, delightful, family-friendly community — and one of the most successful masterplans in the Valley of the Sun! Limited to only 32 square feet, we created signage that would be eye-catching, and, well, happy. Who doesn’t like happy? Harvard Investments, developer of the community, supported this fun idea all the way!
