Estrella Celebrates their First Year Under New Ownership — So We Threw a Party!

It’s been an uproarious year of change, movement, and improvement at Estrella. The new LLC, owned by Harvard Investments, Toll Brothers and Varde Partners accomplished so much — at light speed! To celebrate both the journey and results, and to honored the team that got them there, the Sieb team managed and led planning and execution of a one-year celebration party. Complete with a donation to Up By Their Bootstraps, an incredible nonprofit serving the needs of Veterans, we rounded out the fun with live music, games, food, drink and some gifts, making it a day to remember.
