Sieb Honored at LAI Annual Gathering in Montreal

Claudia was honored by Lambda Alpha International for the work we did revamping the LAI.org website. The team was headed by Art Director Robert Sedano and incorporated months of pro bono work as we evaluated both member and visitor user research and sorted through what could be “tossed”. We managed all aspects of the site including structure, design, copy and programming, with copy written by DD Kullman and programming by CAKE. It was a tight and mighty team!
LAI is an important organization focused on land and water use and is both selective and international. Claudia serves on the Board of Governors and as Chair of the Communications Committee.

Forging a Logo for Esencia de Santa Fé

Esencia de Santa Fé is a 277-acre master-planned community by the masterminds at Price Land Development Group. They brought us in to concept the logo and overall brand for this beautifully located community — and we were all in!

With its location resting in the heart of Santa Fe’s Community College District, the brand needed to reflect the land it stands on. The logo, inspired by forged ironwork, was designed along with a companion signet meant to be “stamped” throughout the community. From there, we built a brand aimed at carrying the community’s identity forward. We are proud of the contributions we have made to this Sante Fé community and look forward to what’s to come.

Because Your Brand is EVERYTHING to Your Customer Experiences

Building, maintaining and reviving a brand is much more than the logo, or even the ad campaigns driving leads. It’s everything your customers experience — before and after the sale. Which is why the team recognized it was essential to activate a complete refresh of this signature Community Center at Estella. Built in the late 80s, it was over-themed, outdated, and simply worn out. Working with the HOA management company, we brought it up to today’s standards for taste, functionality, and durability while also honoring the tight budget, history, lain-back atmosphere, and Sonoran desert locale. What a difference!
