Decades of Fun, One Unforgettable Day

Estrella Thru the Decades proved to be a triumph for Estrella—it was the kind of day that reminds you why life here feels so special. From concept to experience, Sieb transformed an idea into an immersive event that captured the heart of the community.

From the moment the festivities began, music set the tone. A live band filled the courtyard with familiar hits spanning the 1980s through today, while a lively DJ kept the energy high between sets.

Kids darted from game to game, laughing as they conquered giant Tetris, toppled Jenga towers, and challenged friends to chess, cornhole, hopscotch, and four square. Families lined up for face painting and balloon art, snapped photos in the booth, and explored the sensory table designed just for little ones.

The decades theme brought out everyone’s playful side. The costume contest became a celebration of nostalgia, creativity, and pure fun. Karaoke lovers stepped into the spotlight as local band Eleeza’s Desert Flower performed favorites from each decade.

Before and after enjoying the entertainment at Presidio, visitors set out to explore more than 50 new homes across Estrella. Builders reported brisk traffic as prospective homebuyers toured models that showcased the quality, creativity, and care that define our community.

What made Estrella Thru the Decades truly remarkable wasn’t just the music or the games—it was the way the community came together. Residents, families, friends, and future neighbors shared in a celebration that showcased the vibrant spirit of Estrella.

Because great marketing doesn’t just attract attention.
It builds community.

Sieb Honored at LAI Annual Gathering in Montreal

Claudia was honored by Lambda Alpha International for the work we did revamping the LAI.org website. The team was headed by Art Director Robert Sedano and incorporated months of pro bono work as we evaluated both member and visitor user research and sorted through what could be “tossed”. We managed all aspects of the site including structure, design, copy and programming, with copy written by DD Kullman and programming by CAKE. It was a tight and mighty team!
LAI is an important organization focused on land and water use and is both selective and international. Claudia serves on the Board of Governors and as Chair of the Communications Committee.

Forging a Logo for Esencia de Santa Fé

Esencia de Santa Fé is a 277-acre master-planned community by the masterminds at Price Land Development Group. They brought us in to concept the logo and overall brand for this beautifully located community — and we were all in!

With its location resting in the heart of Santa Fe’s Community College District, the brand needed to reflect the land it stands on. The logo, inspired by forged ironwork, was designed along with a companion signet meant to be “stamped” throughout the community. From there, we built a brand aimed at carrying the community’s identity forward. We are proud of the contributions we have made to this Sante Fé community and look forward to what’s to come.
