Dorn Homes Opens at Talking Rock

Dorn Homes is now open at Talking Rock, in Prescott Arizona. One of our favorite clients, Talking Rock welcomed Dorn Homes into the community with a fun event that brought out over 100 residents and Realtors. These green homes are great looking and provide great living — with a focus on indoor/outdoor space and building with healthy materials. Sieb is supporting this new offering with smart and effective omni-channel marketing and as always, it’s a privilege to work with Symmetry Companies, Harvard Investments and the team at Talking Rock Realty!

Detroit is On the Move

Earlier this year I visited Detroit, while serving as Chairperson for the Urban Revitalization Council with ULI. I can’t tell you how impressed I was by the city’s turnaround! From top down to bottom up and everything in between, entrepreneurs have staked their claim in revitalizing one of the greatest cities in the world. Food, fun, business, housing, education, transportation — all are impacted by new ideas, inventive thinking and grit. I’ll be back!

VIP Preview — Cadence at Gateway

The Sieb Organization was honored to organize and execute the VIP Preview Opening of Cadence at Gateway on October 18. Watch the video! The event brought together 225 VIPs including City of Mesa Mayor John Giles, investors, partners, and contractors who have been essential in building Cadence. It was great to kick off the event and introduce our valued client Craig Krumiede and Tim Brislin, of Harvard Investments. City of Mesa Mayor John Giles spoke eloquently about the impact Cadence will have on the future of Mesa. “We have worked in tandem with Harvard Investments and have watched the Cadence at Gateway community embrace our vision, becoming a welcome addition to our growing Gateway Corridor,” said Mayor Giles. “I believe Cadence is a community that will become a beacon for Mesa, a community that will last generations, and draw in those who seek more out of life, together making Mesa even brighter.” We agree!

The Sieb Organization thanks those who attended and we’re proud to be a part of such an incredible community.
