Not all Build-to-Rent communities are created equal and when Harvard Investments added this asset class to their portfolio, their intent was to perform above the fray. With eight communities built, under construction, or in planning throughout the Southwest, Harvard has created a distinctive portfolio, named and branded by The Sieb Organization.

The name is focused on creating inclusive communities, welcoming to all ages and life stages that allow residents to become neighbors. Through right-sized amenities including community centers, fitness centers, pools, dog parks, barbeques and ramadas, security gates, and new technology residents interact at will, while enjoying the peace of mind that comes with a single family detached home with its own private yard.

To date, Sieb has produced the brand name and protocols, logo, Brand Guidelines, some resident research, multiple investor packages and signage packages.
