This fully planned community lies just 30 minutes north of Albuquerque. No ordinary community, Mariposa encompasses 6,500 acres of land, including The Mariposa Preserve, 2,200 acres of dedicated open space, protected in perpetuity. Mariposa East, LP, an affiliate of Harvard Investments asked Sieb to execute a 360° reconfigure of the branding, marketing, lead generation, tracking, nurturing and on-site experience in preparation for additional development, slated for 2019. In 2018, Mariposa earned the position of the #2 selling community in the MSA.


Sieb launched and continues to update, optimizations and automate lead tracking, keeping the site relevant and fresh.




Sieb created new collateral and media materials to support the community and builders; however, most energy will be spent in digital lead generation to continue to drive interest and sales.

We put in the time to research how the Mariposa audiences consume media, whether connected TV, OTT, adwords, Facebook, Instagram, geo-fencing, retargeting, Zillow, and more. We recognized the opportunity to expand the Mariposa audience well beyond empty nesters, and did so — quickly exploding their opt-in database of qualified leads in a few short months.
